Joel Witmer

Owner & Operator

Joel is not new to cars, service, or car sales.

After spending two decades in the industry, as a technician, mechanic, and also as a salesman, Joel decided it was time to share is passion with the community through AutoWürks LLC.

Joel loves cars. He has a special place in his heart for european cars, and is one of a few shops in the county that specialize in serving foreign cars. When you meet him, it is quickly evident that he cares most about serving people with excellence, treating them fairly, and finding joy in what he does.

Joel is married to Miriam and together, they have three kids: Camila, Bastian, and Aydan. Joel is also an avid football fan. Residing in Eastern PA, naturally, he cheers for the Eagles.

Donnie ‘Don’ Shaak

Service Technician

Donnie is our most experienced technician having been in the automotive industry for 40 years! He joined us in September 2018 and is our go-to guy for American cars. He’s very thorough in his service no matter the vehicle. Customers very rarely call back or return with complaints when Donnie has worked on their car. 

Donnie’s hobbies include shooting guns and motorcycles. He also loves spending time with his wife and kids and now their grandkids, especially when his wife brings their granddaughter by the shop!
